Our Commitment

At VaCase, we’re committed to your complete satisfaction. We’ve carefully curated our travel collections to ensure quality and reliability, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.

Return Eligibility

  • You may return your VaCase collection within 14 days of receipt (your “cooling-off period”)
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Toiletry products cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons
  • Clear travel bags may be returned if in perfect condition

How to Return

  1. Email us: Contact infovacase@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive confirmation: We’ll provide return instructions within 24 hours
  3. Return shipment: Package items securely in original packaging
  4. Return costs: Standard returns are at customer’s expense unless items are defective

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded for eligible returns
  • Defective items will receive a full refund including delivery charges

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Return your original purchase following our return process
  2. Place a new order for your preferred collection

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We’ll provide return shipping instructions at no cost to you
  • You may choose between a replacement or full refund

 

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund
  • Once shipped, our standard return policy applies
